Question: How much does it cost to use your property for photographs?

Answer: We charge $40 an hour to use our outdoor space for photos! This includes the creek, house, bridges. We charge $60 an hour for the bridal parlor! If you would like to book an hour or two for a shoot please head to our “photo booking” page!


Question: What is MAX capacity for any event ?

Answer: 130 — 150 people


Question: Is the new Bridal Parlor available for photo shoots?

Answer: Yes! Our new bridal parlor is the perfect place for a family or personal photo opt! We charge $60 an hour to use this space. 


Question: Can we use the decor in the barn?

Answer: Yes! You are welcome to use any decor in the barn, all we ask is that it is put back how and where it was found. If anything is broken or misplaced please tell us.


Question: What is the price of a small gathering?

Answer: We charge $300 for a four hour small gathering. Events include showers, birthday parties, graduation parties, reunions, etc. The price of weddings & company gatherings change based on the needs of the client; please use the “Request Pricing” button for more information.

 

Question: Do you allow Corporate Events?

Answer: We do! We charge $500, and the pricing includes gatherings for business or events over 100 guests. This is a 4-6 hour window from set up to clean up! This price includes our tables & chairs.

 

Question: Is there a sound ordinance?

Answer: We require music off by 10PM no matter the event due to being respectful to our neighbors.


Question: Do you allow smoking on the property?

Answer: We ask that our guests do not smoke, but if needed please do so in your car.


Question: Do you allow alcohol? 

Answer: To have alcoholic beverages at an event we require the host to hire a licensed bartender with event insurance. The bartender must pour and serve each drink. The bartender also has the ability to ask for ID and to cut off anyone who may have exceeded a safe amount of alcohol.



Question: Do we have a set of vendors that must be used with the venue?

Answer: No! We do not have a list of vendors you must use but we do have a list of great vendors that have worked with us before and we are happy to send it to you!
